Is this instant OR cooked pudding?

most cake mixes are a standard size But instant pudding comes in two sizes. this recipe does not tell you which size to use.

The simplicity of this Lemon Pie Bars recipe truly intrigued me. Once I made them I was hooked and inspired to experiment with other cake and pudding flavor combinations...chocolate cake with chocolate pudding, vanilla cake with vanilla pudding etc. It works perfectly every time. I'm going to try baking them into cupcakes next, the possibilities are endless. Let your imagination run wild.

so what size pudding mix do you use?
