What kid would not love to get one of these fun suckers? I would have been happy to grab one of these sour suckers when I was a kid. Green apple is my favorite jolly rancher flavor. I want to make these up now even if the kids aren't here to share them right now.

These are such a cute thing to make for the little ones! However, they are not a good thing to have them help you with in the kitchen. I learned the hard way on a similar recipe years ago. If molten jolly rancher gets on you, much like a homemade caramel, it will keep on burning! It is wise to keep a bowl of ice water at the ready next to you in case this happens!
