Shortbread is such an easy recipe, right? You can pretty much mess it up and it will still turn out perfect. I think this apple streusel recipe is one I will put back for my daughter to make. She wants to make something fancier for dinner when she is home, but she has no idea where to start. I think this is a great recipe to begin.
