Croustade Classic French Apple Pie

"Croustade is a delicious apple pie from Southwestern France that is flavored with orange blossom water and cinnamon and phyllo dough. It can best be described as a cross between a summer apple pie and a Middle Eastern baklava. This incredibly easy to make pie is the perfect way to end a summer dinner on a high note. The blog post includes an easy to follow how to video recipe as well as the full history of the dish."

Ooh la la. This French pie has to have some French vanilla ice cream to top it off. Where do I get the orange blossom water? I have never heard of it, so I have no idea where I can buy it. I think this apple pie sounds so fantastic. I want to impress the family with this recipe.
