Did you say dessert lasagna? What a fun take on a traditionally tomato and pasta dish. I like that you chose to keep the layers vanilla instead of putting some weird or bold flavors in the mix. I think vanilla is a perfect choice for this recipe because it is sweet and rich enough without anything else.

Oh my, the layers in this heavenly Vanilla Dessert Lasagna combine into a volcano of deliciousness in ones mouth, lol! Pecans are quite costly here in Africa so we only used about 1/3 cup and we used digestive biscuits for the base because had no wafers but it was still exquisite. Really it is good enough to serve at any gathering, your guests will love it as much as we did.

Oh my, this looks amazing! I wish I could make this yummy dessert tonight. I'm heading to the store tomorrow to buy the ingredients, and I will make this on Monday. I should tell my family we are having lasagna and put this lovely dessert on the table! Creamy vanilla, YUM!
