I know this calls for bananas, but I can't use them because my daughter has a bad food allergy. Can I use something else in place of the bananas so that we can still have this sweet roll? I was thinking pumpkin would go nicely in this dish. My mom always makes a big pumpkin roll around Halloween, and it is a huge hit at our house. I think that might work good, but we could always do strawberries or peaches or something like that too.
