Air Fryer Turkey Burger
"Air Fryer Turkey Burgers are an easy way to cook turkey burgers in a perfectly juicy way! Turkey burgers in the air fryer are cooked to perfection, and you can even toast the bun if you’d like! My main tip for maintaining juicy turkey burgers is make sure they don’t stack or overlap when you are cooking them. It’s okay if the sides touch, but don’t place them on top of each other in the air fryer – this will ruin the integrity of your burgers. Pair them with your favorite side or french fries for a delicious meal."

Cooking Time13 min
- 1 pound 85% Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 3 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- 4 Buns, optional
- 4 Slices of Cheese, optional for topping
Set air fryer temperature to 360 degrees.
In a medium to large bowl, season ground turkey and mix other ingredients in with your hands.
Form into 4 medium sized patties.
Place turkey burgers inside air fryer, but do not stack them or overlap. Set timer to 13-15 minutes.
Check that the burgers are done and the internal temperature has reached 165.
If you’d like to add a bun and melted cheese to the burgers, assemble patties on buns with cheese and place back into air fryer for 1-2 minutes, with air fryer turned off.
