You can turn cinnamon rolls into fudge? I have never heard of this before now. What is the texture of this dessert like? Is it grainy like cinnamon and sugar, or is it smooth like a peanut butter fudge. I am not sure I like the grainy kind, but this is definitely interesting. I want to make this to have with a hot glass of apple cider. I think those two would pair well together, don't you?

This is definitely not your average fudge recipe. I make cinnamon rolls with chocolate chips in them and they are pretty good. So, if you want that taste in a candy, you will probably like these. This recipe seems to rely heavily on already made ingredients and I would rather have totally from scratch.
