We love a good coffee cake once in a while. Does this one have the consistency of a cinnamon coffee cake, or does the pumpkin make it moister? Is it denser than a traditional coffee cake? I want to know how much coffee to put on to have with it because it sounds fabulous. I can't wait to eat it up.

Buttermilk is an underused ingredient but really adds some texture and flavor to this recipe! Despite the long list of ingredients, majority are common household items. I would recommend a spiced vanilla glaze or cream cheese icing for the top of this streusel cake!
