  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • For the Chocolate Ganache
  • 1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Heavy cream

I love cupcakes. These Boston Cream pie ones look sooo delicious. I'm definitely going to try them. I love the look of the cream filling, I'm sure it tastes really yummy. Of course everything always tastes better covered in chocolate so this recipe is definitely a keeper! Most certainly love at first sight!!

These are exciting! As a huge Boston cream donut fan (even ones from Dunkin Donuts suffice!!!), I am really intrigued by this recipe. I love the style of it, as well as the flavor. Cutting the cupcake in half makes it appear more fancy and the chocolate glaze on top is shiny and eye-catching. Definitely takes the simple cupcake recipe to the next level!
