Today was cccold and we all very happily tucked into this Mushroom Onion Smothered Cube Steak and with relish tonight! It is hearty, warming and very very tasty. The man of the house added chopped fresh chili (which I am SURE he also puts on his corn flakes, lol!). We all loved it and will be having it again soon.

Mmmmm Mushroom and onions with steak. Sounds good to me! Everything about this dish sounds good to me. I would love to taste the beef this tender and I love a good gravy. Mashed potatoes is perfect to have with a good gravy. I'm sure this is going to be a big hit at my house.
