Unable to rate except for unclear directions "2 cans (about 27 ounces) sauerkraut..." Is that 2 cans 27 ounces total or 2 cans 27 ounces each? I have a 24-oz jar of sauerkraut. Don't know whether that's enough or if I need another one. Would love to make this.

Serve with boiled potatoes!
