My mouth was watering whilst I read this recipe. These look absolutely scrumptious. I love the caramelized onions in this recipe. We don't have Trade Joe's in South Africa so I never thought of this idea but I love it! I think I would use some Phyllo pastry in mine as I have some on hand. I think that would work too.
