Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies

These aren't your standard cake mix cookies. For birthday parties or any festive get-together, the absolute best dessert to serve is a batch of these colorful Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies. Made with Funfetti cake mix, this is one of the easiest cookie recipes you'll find and they're so much fun to make. Have a blast with your desserts by making these delicious cake mix cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pillsbury Moist Supreme Funfetti Cake mix
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 can Pillsbury Funfetti Creamy Supreme Pink Vanilla Frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
     
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix (reserving the package of candy bits), oil and eggs. Stir by hand until thoroughly moistened.
     
  3. Stir in candy bits from the cake mix.
     
  4. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
     
  5. With bottom of a glass dipped in flour, flatten balls to 1/4-inch thickness.
     
  6. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
     
  7. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet.
     
  8. Spread frosting over warm cookies. Immediately sprinkle each cookie with candy bits from the frosting.
     
  9. Let frosting set before storing. Store in a tightly covered container.
