These old-fashioned gingerbread cookies are thick, soft, chewy and perfect for decorating with kids! After many rounds of testing and tweaking, this has quickly become our favorite version of the holiday classic. They're perfectly spiced (not bland), they hold their shape, and they're moist and chewy -- not too hard or crunchy. In our opinion, they are the best gingerbread man cookies! "
