"Our Oatmeal Pecan Cherry Cookies are loaded with heart-healthy oats, tart dried cherries, and crunchy pecans. They’re a thick, soft and chewy cookie and the crunchy pecans balance the tart cherries perfectly! We love a good oatmeal cookie and trying new flavor combinations. Plus, oatmeal cookies just happen to be one of our faves! These Oatmeal Pecan Cherry Cookies are like many of our other cookies because they’re soft and chewy with lots of wonderful mixins."
NotesWhen measuring the oats make sure the measuring cup is level and not rounded. Because adding too many oats will make the cookies dry.
For crispier oatmeal cookies: Decrease the rolled oats to 3 1/2 cups and press the dough down about half way before baking.
