Instant HIT! This Creamy Lemon Butter Chicken has all my favorite flavors, prepared in my favorite way...one pot. Chicken thighs,(my favorite part of the chicken), butter, garlic, lemon, parmesan cheese, heavy cream...need I say more? This recipe is easy to prepare, and delivers a powerhouse of flavor. I like serving it over rice for all that delicious sauce, and of course, crispy Italian bread.

O!M!W! This sounds like heaven to me. Chicken thighs (my favorite!), lemon, garlic, smoked paprika, parmesan, cream . what a wonderful combination of flavours. Plus its not at all fiddly to make which is just the cherry on top for me. I am going to have to make enough for seconds because I just know the family is going to absolutely LOVE this.
