My husband and I are both totally craving fried chicken this week! I have never made it myself and I do own a fryer. The man from this blog makes it sound so easy to make. I don't see him using a deep fryer though. Could someone advise on how big of a pot and how much oil I might use to do this on the stove? It looks so yummy, I can't wait to try!
