  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Paprika
  1. Cut the chicken into 10 pieces: 2 wings, 2 legs, 2 thighs, and cut each breast in half for a total of 4 breast pieces.
