We hardly ever eat red meat so I am always on the look out for new and interesting chicken dishes. This one is really good, quick and easy to prepare and it is ready in no time at all so perfect for dinner on a week night. We only had a little can of chicken soup so I added some sour cream to make up the difference. The chicken was lovely and tender, the sauce was delicious and we all voted to have it again soon.

I'm always pressed for time in the kitchen. I also spend a large amount of my day commuting so when I get home and have to cook the quicker I can cook something, the better. I do love to cook - almost as much as I love to eat! So when I find recipes like this one I grab onto them. This one is definitely a keeper!
