3 Bean Pot

3 Bean Pot

This is a delicious, nutritious, and easy-to-make dish, and you only need one pot. Have the kids help dump all the ingredients in and stir it up. Serve it with corn bread for a hearty, healthy supper.

For variety, add 1 cup of your favorite cooked, diced meat, such as Polish sausage or chicken. It's also a good way to use leftover turkey from Thanksgiving.

I also have not made this recipe. It looks like it would be very delicious. I really was looking for a quick recipe for using all the different cans of beans. Found it one day but couldn't copy it because my copy was out of paper. Been trying ever since to find it. The one I was looking for was only 4 cans of beans one was for green beans, but it was so simple and easy, in only a deep skillet. Guess I'll have to settle for this one only wish I could have found the other though.

Sometimes we crave something different for dinner, that does not include meat as the main ingredient. This recipe provides the solution and more. Not only can this meal be prepared quickly, it is perfect for vegetarians, and everyone who wants to consume less meat during the week. Vegetables and beans mingling in tomato goodness will surely be a delight on a cold winter's night!
