Pasta casseroles are delicious and are quick to make on busy weeknights when dinner needs to be ready in no time. For this recipe, I would use rotini pasta and reduced fat mozzarella cheese, instead of white cheddar cheese. The pasta should be drained while it is still underdone to ensure that it is a good consistency after it is done baking in the oven.
