Ingredients

  • 2 3-oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 12-oz packages peanut butter flavored chips
  • 1 cup finely chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 pound chocolate confectioners' coating

Instructions

In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter chips; stir into cheese mixture. Stir in chopped peanuts. Chill 2 - 3 hours. Shape chilled mixture into 1-inch balls. In small heavy saucepan over low heat, melt confectioners' coating. With toothpick or small skewer, dip each peanut ball into melted coating, not covering completely. Place on waxed paper until firm. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 7 dozen.
