Love it! You are so right, they do make the best desserts. Being of British descent, I do think that the Brits have got a bad rap for the worse cusiine. I have been in Paris, Rome and in some of the better restaurants, and I have had some dishes that wasn't that great and had them in Britain in various parts, and they came out better. I do love this one and will pass it on. Every nation in the world have great cooks, and bad ones, good restaurants, and bad ones. And of course, it is ones' taste.
