This is a beautiful dessert. I love peppermint ice cream and peppermint mocha coffee creamer, so this looks perfect. A no-bake cheesecake is a treat too. I love the thought of Oreos and peppermint combined. Cheesecake is very rich, but if I make it for a family gathering, it will go fast.

I think I'm going to make this . The beautiful pink color is what attracted me. It looks so pretty. Real girly -). Also the words "no bake" is what always makes me look as I am constantly on the prowl for quick and easy things as treats or snacks which will fill my teenage son. I love peppermint too! So this will go down a treat.
