The entire cake - including the streusel! - is made with boxed lemon cake mix. All you have to do is crumble butter with the mix until crumbs form. My family used to have coffee cake on Sunday mornings, but I feel like they are too complicated to bake in the mornings. This recipe is easy and is very different from most coffee cakes. Lemon and blueberry? I'm in. Should I make this in a 13 x 9 pan? How should I make a lemon glaze?
