  • 4 ounces Bakers German Chocolate
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 15.5 ounce Coconut Pecan Frosting
  • 32 ounce Chocolate Frosting
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray cake pans with non-stick spray and line with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl place the chocolate and water. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Whisk well and reheat another 15-30 seconds if needed until the mixture is smooth. Set aside.
