I love orange creamsicles and this cake reminds me of that! I was surprised to see that it doesn't actually have ice cream in it, but a cream cheese and cool whip base. So it doesn't melt like a real ice cream cake, but it's delicious anyway! I still served it with a scoop of ice cream on the side! I imagine you could make this with strawberry, lime, lemon, or grape jello, too.
