I've always like apple cake, and this seems like a similar recipe I've used, just with peaches substituted for apples. It looks absolutely delicious, and I like the idea of adding the peach yogurt to it. It makes me think about possibly adding some apple cinnamon yogurt (the Kroger Carbmaster brand) the next time I make apple cake. The streusel topping is a great touch for this and I almost prefer that over using ice cream or whipped cream. I can't wait to give this a try.

This recipe looks really interesting. I love eating peaches during the summer, but I never knew they could be incorporated into a cake.

We always have tinned peaches in our pantry, as well as all of the other ingredients, so I plan on making this recipe this weekend. It is a great recipe to keep handy, since I wouldn't need to make a special trip to the store. My husband is a big fan of peaches (hence the reason we always have tinned peaches in the cupboard) so I think this will be a big hit with him!
