This 2-Ingredient Pineapple Cake recipe is absolutely divine. So quick and easy and the results are great. I am definitely going to use Maggie G's suggestion and add some chopped coconut to it the next time. I will probably make a coconut icing also, and serve it with slices of Pineapple on the side.

The use of a different pan really makes the difference in presentation with this simple, delicious pineapple cake! The best topping would probably be a simple glaze such as vanilla, cherry, or even pineapple! You could always add in some chopped coconut in the batter or on top since coconut and pineapple compliment each other so well! It can also be served with whipped cream and fresh pineapple!

Since it was only two ingredients I had tome to make this cake without lots of skill! This is a great recipe!
