I love blueberries and cake bars! I am happy to see a recipe that bakes in a 9 x 9 pan. It's a perfect size dessert for a small family. This will make a great breakfast dessert for my husband and me. Thanks for the great recipe.

These blueberry bars are much more of a blueberry cake! When I hear bars, I typically think of an oat/pie crust base and a very thin blueberry filling. But this cake is light and fluffy! I think it would benefit from a crumb cake style topping with flour, butter, cinnamon, and sugar!
