Coworker Cake in a Cup is an easy mug cake recipe that will put an end to those awkward moments when you forget a coworker's birthday. Simply pick up a box of cake mix and a can of soda and you're good to go! Combine the two and microwave for only a minute, and you've got a tasty mug cake that's ready to eat. Remember to pick up a can of frosting and some sprinkles to decorate the top of your bite-size creation, and surprise your favorite coworkers with something sweet and thoughtful. This is an awesome, stress-free recipe that is perfect for all occasions!

Ingredients

  • 1 box cake mix of your choice (we used funfetti)
  • 1 can soda (we used lemon-lime flavor)

Instructions

  1. Combine the cake mix and soda together in a mug and stir until well-mixed.

  2. Put in the microwave for 1 minute on high.

  3. Wait for cake/mug to cool a little and dig in!
