This looks so deliciously decadent. I love ice cream cakes, and this one is a complete overload. I'm thinking about skipping the crushed cookies as a garnish, and just using the crumbled brownies from the 8 X 8 pan along with some walnut pieces. Another suggestion would be to use the Mint Oreos since I think that would also make a nice addition to this fabulous cake.
