This recipe makes such a good breakfast, brunch, or even dinner meal. I will leave out the onions, but the rest is good to go. I love how many ways you can use crescent rolls. Breakfast casseroles go quickly with my family. I might even make this for Easter Sunday.

I made this last weekend for a big family breakfast and it was a hit! I was a bit intimidated by the ring, but it's actually quite easy. I was surprised how quickly this came together (and how quickly it went). I highly recommend this!
