    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 pound loaf
    • 1 1/2 c wheat flour
    • 1 1/2 c bread flour
    • 1/3 c seven grain mix
    • 2 T honey
    • 1 1/2 t salt
    • 1 3/8 c water
    • 2 T canola oil
    • 1 1/2 t yeast

    Instructions

    Bake on Rapid Bake/Whole Wheat or on Basic/Whole Wheat.
