  • 1 pound Steak
  • 4 tablespoons Salted Butter
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
  • 10 ounces Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Beef Stock
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • Parsley
  • 12 ounce Wide Egg Noodles
  1. In large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat.

  2. Slice steaks, against the grain, into strips and blot any excess water from the strips with paper towels.
