Do you ever put your pot roast over mashed potatoes and make a roast hot shot dinner? We like to put it over bread or mashed potatoes, but noodles are a great option. I can't say I have ever used it on a sandwich as the first meal. I usually take the leftovers for lunch and make a sandwich with it after I heat them up.
