Easy Arkansas Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 qts water
- 1/2 c black pepper
- 1 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c dried red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
- 3 qts red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 c yellow mustard
- 1 qt white wine
- 1 qt catsup
- 1 1/2 c salt
Instructions
Bring to boil and then simmer for about 1/2 hour. Do not cook or store in aluminum store in glass. Makes 2 gallons.
