Cashew Chicken Dinner is an easy chicken stir fry recipe that is perfect to make on a weeknight. Get some rice cooking, and then cook the chicken. Once the chicken is done, throw the veggies into a skillet and let those cook. And all this time, a homemade sauce is being created, too. It will be done before you know it. This (almost) 30 minute meal is a great way to get a quick, homemade meal on the table. The next time you have a craving for Chinese food, make this excellent cashew chicken.

I noticed that cashew is an important ingredient in Chinese cooking. Probably because it is abundant in China and in fact in many parts of the Asian region. Cashew adds crunch to a recipe and it has also possesses aesthetic properties. This Cashew Chicken Dinner is perfect for any meal of the day and can be served in any occasion.

This was so satisfying to eat! I added celery, and with that and ginger and crunch from the cashew, broccoli, and water chestnuts, I really enjoyed dinner! I used sesame oil for even more flavor. It only takes a little to add a rich, depth of flavor!
