"This recipe is one of my new favorite appetizers! It’s crazy easy, deliciously comforting and very customizable. You can use whatever you have on hand to flavor the ricotta (I highly recommend fresh rosemary and garlic as well) but since pesto is a staple in my house that’s my go to."

- 2 tablespoons pesto
- salt and pepper to taste
