Potato Patties


  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 pound potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsps bread crumbs
  • corn oil


First boil the potatoes. Then peel and mash them. Add the lemon juice, garam masala, salt, and bread crumbs to the patatoes in a large bowl. Mix them very well. Using a frying pan, put the oil on it and then make little little balls out of the mixture and fry them. Fry 4-5 of them at a time. Fry until golden brown.
