Peanut Chicken Wings

For a quick and easy chicken recipe that is full of flavor and spice, give this recipe a try. This easy chicken recipe is the perfect appetizer for your next party or event.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup package salted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, toasted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 18 chicken wings
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Chop peanuts finely in a processor.
     
  2. Mix nuts, curry powder and breadcrumbs together.
     
  3. Lightly beat eggs and corn flour together.
     
  4. Dip chicken nibbles in egg mixture then the crumb mixture. Heat oil in a roasting dish.
     
  5. Place the nibbles in the dish and turn to coat in oil.
     
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until cooked. Serve warm or cold.
