My family is just crazy about lasagna so I make it every so often. But my idea of lasagna are the long lasagna shells, boiled then filled with the ground meat, cheese, lasagna sauce and other spices. Until I discovered the no-boil lasagna shells which cut down a significant amount of prep time. This Muffin Tin Mini Lasagnas gave me another reason to get back to lasagna cooking for my family to enjoy. For those wonton wrappers, I really don't have to do it from scratch as I can buy them ready to cook. This recipe really gives my family's liking for lasagna a whole new dimension.
