Marinated Chicken Wings

Marinated Chicken Wings


  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 cups white dry wine
  • 1 bottles of creamy Italian dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste


Several hours in advance, place party wings in a large pot or mixing bowl. Add the white wine. Let stand in the refrigerator covered for 1 hr. After the hour is up, take out and and drain the wine. Add 2 bottles creamy Italian dressing, again let this stand in the refrigerator this time for 2 1/2 hours. Preheat oven to 375 F take the chicken and the marinade place into a baking pan or dish, place in oven and cook for yet another 1 hour until chicken is done. Serve with pasta, potatoes or rice.
