I have been trying to make these for some small gatherings. I never made them perfect but I could say it really tastes good.

Wow. Yummy. Perfect combination as the bacon will give the salty and flavorful taste to the rather bland mozzarella sticks. So irresistible.

I have seen biscuits fried to make donuts. I never thought about adding cheese to make mozzarella sticks with them. I usually bread them and bake them or deep fry them. Have you tried them in the oven? I love the bacon wrapped part because everything is better with bacon.

Hmmmmm, I didn't know you could fry biscuit dough. This would be so good as stuffed breadsticks if it were baked instead of fried. Then you could serve it with marinara sauce or garlic butter. Yum! I'm not really into bacon like most people are, but I bet if you put cheddar or pepper jack cheese inside and fried them up it would make you forget about the bacon. Ok maybe not...but it'll work for me. lol

Mozzarella sticks are one of my favorite appetizers in restaurants, and this is something I could easily see making up frequently. When I read the recipe I kept thinking how to scale this up so I could make several dozen at a time. I'd like to try this with cheddar cheese sticks as well as the string cheese.

Bacon AND mozzarella sticks on the same plate! Awesomeness! It is a good thing I'm not a diet right now, because I am sooo making these! I just showed the picture of this appetizer to my husband and he wants to make them now, but we are out of string cheese apparently. Bummer. We will have to wait.

Mamma mia! I can tell you for a fact that I spent the last few minutes making nonstop Shemp and Curly Howard noises after watching this video. It's THAT incredible. Wow. I'm making these later, obviously.

Be still my heart. This recipe looks amazing! Mozzarella sticks are just so good. And I always prefer to cook with the skillet instead of the oven---goes so much faster!
