These wings sound so good. I am not sure if I will be able to wait for three to four hours to eat them though. I will want to take them out of the oven and eat them sooner. Have you ever used boneless wings in this recipe? We try to use boneless, skinless chicken in most of our meals. I can see cutting up chicken breasts and doing the same, but I am not sure how the timing would change.

Can this be made in a crockpot? Also, can they be kept warm in a crockpot?

these sound wonderful, can you also add some bbq sauce along the way. I have never made my own wings but am anxious to try.

I Love this recipe! Can I do them in my Nesco? There's a rib sale at my second grocery this weekend... Toss them in on Sunday and go back to my nap. Should be perfect by dinnertime.

I definitely want to try this recipe - but, especially during warmer weather, 3 to 4 hours seems long to have the oven on. Just wondering if the liquid mixture could simmer in a saucepan until volume is reduced a little, then poured over the seasoned wings before baking them.

I used this recipe with boneless pork short ribs and it was absolutely amazing! Even my husband liked them and he doesn't care for anything in a sauce!

Can this recipe be used on any meat????

I would use fresh wings. If you opt to purchase frozen wings for this recipe, we recommend thawing them prior to making the recipe.

do you use fresh or frozen wings?
