It is a simple version of cauliflower pepper fry. it is easy to cook and healthy too.

Instruction

  1. At first take a pan, add 1 ½ cups water and allow it to boil.

  2. Now add florets in boiling water and then add turmeric powder and required salt.

  3. Cook the florets for 10 minutes, now drain the water and keep it a side.

  4. Take a fry pan and Add in oil when it is heated add mustard seeds then it is splutters add cumin seeds followed by Bengal gram, split white urad dal fry for a minute.

  5. In addition add finely chopped onion then fry till it becomes glassy then add curry leaves fry for few seconds.

  6. Now add cooked cauliflower florets then fry for 2 minutes till it becomes nicely coated.

  7. It is a time to check salt, if you want means add this time.

  8. Next add pepper powder and fry for a minute, finally add grated coconut and mix well.

  9. After that switch off the stove and transfer cauliflower pepper fry in to serving bowl.

  10. Hot and spicy cauliflower pepper fry recipe is ready to eat.
