  • 2 slices Bread
  • 2 slices Bacon
  • 2 slices Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Cut the crusts off both bread slices

  2. Flatten the slices wit a rolling pin

  3. Roll up cheese and bread

  4. Wrap each roll with a piece of bacon and use toothpicks to fasten

  5. Cook on a skillet a little and take out the toothpicks.

  6. Continue cooking until the bacon is cooked

I was a little disappointed to read that these contained bread. I just thought they wold be bacon wrapped around cheese and fried. If the bacon was wrapped well enough, the cheese should not leak out. I might try that. The only bread I can eat is gluten free and that is hard to roll flat.
