"Recheado Masala is part and parcel of any Goan home. This masala is used on mostly seafood. This Recheado Masala is a spicy sweet and a little tangy. The use of lots of vinegar in making the thick creamy paste make it a little more tangy. And like with all good things goan, the addition of coconut feni to this masala gives it, it’s very unique taste. My advice is use this to cook your prawn and fish in this yummy recheado masala."
