Lentil Soup Recipe | Chana Dal | Gluten-free
"Lentil dal soup is a very flexible Indian dish. It can be cooked by adding some essential vegetables, but at the same time, you can make it into a balanced meal by adding some potatoes or corn. It is a full meal, but you can serve it as a starter or an appetizer as well. You can serve it with steamed rice, a vegetable side, and a piece of gluten-free bread. Also you can pair it with different types of naans or some rice or have it just like that."

- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- 3 teaspoons Oil

- 1 teaspoon Garlic ginger paste: ½ tsp
